Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our therapy team, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
• Implementing treatment plans and tracking/collecting data against goals
• Providing supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures and representing the company professionally in all situations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
• Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
• Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications
Work Environment
You will work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings. This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
