About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Center operations, including administrative tasks, staff support, compliance and quality assurance, and communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate outreach efforts to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing strategies.
- Manage and update client/staff schedules.
- Ensure the center is well groomed and maintained at all times.
- Manage operational processes to deliver top-quality services.
- Staff Support:
- Participate in staff interviews, onboarding, and support training sessions.
- Plan and execute team events to reinforce staff morale.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Stay up to date with regulations, laws, and accreditation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and maintain licenses and certifications.
- Regularly conduct audits to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among the therapy team, families, and other stakeholders.
- Lead team meetings to share important updates.
- Collaborate with the Center Director and other teams to align operational strategies with the center's goals.
- Be the center's friendly face in internal and external meetings and events.
