Job Summary: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our therapy center. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the center's operations, from client care to staff support and administrative tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outreach efforts to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing strategies and participate in community events.
- Manage and update client/staff schedules, assign sub-sessions, handle call-outs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Evaluate and maintain the center's physical environment, ensuring it remains well-groomed and maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration is highly preferred.
- Two years of experience in a managerial role within an ABA therapy center or a similar healthcare setting.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable.
