Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support and interventions during therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating closely with team members to ensure coordinated service delivery.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist or in a similar field is highly preferred, as is previous childcare experience. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, and be committed to ongoing professional development and training.
