Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Working directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals.
- Data Collection: Accurately recording and maintaining data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
