Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a significant asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a patient and caring demeanor
- Ability to navigate various settings, including home, school, and community environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling a must
