Job Summary
The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks within our organization.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations.
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
