The Speech Therapy Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the field of speech-language pathology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct Therapy: Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and their families.
- Clinical Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electronic documentation systems are maintained and updated regularly. Oversee the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to SLP services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical and support staff. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
