We are searching for a talented Speech Pathologist to assume the position of Speech Therapy Services Manager at Accel Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for directing the clinical operations of our SLP services, focusing on delivering exceptional results while continuously enhancing quality and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct Therapy: Execute comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders, develop targeted treatment plans, and administer therapy sessions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Clinical Quality Assurance: Oversee the design and implementation of electronic documentation systems specific to SLP, schedule regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory standards, and analyze referrals to determine their suitability and timeliness.
- Leadership: Show exemplary leadership in spearheading other department initiatives, take charge of program development and performance improvement projects for the SLP service, and ensure efficient use of authorized client SLP sessions.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Accel leaders to conceptualize and implement strategies for expanding the Speech service line within existing markets and into new territories, participate in occasional travel to support the SLP team and service line, forge meaningful partnerships with community providers to reinforce Accel's standing and build a solid referral network.
