Job Summary:
The Speech Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our SLP services. This position involves clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the highest level of quality assurance and support the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Practice: Assess client progress, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy and interventions.
- Clinical Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, monitor referrals, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Leadership: Manage and supervise clinical and support staff, initiate program development projects, and foster relationships with community providers.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Accel leadership to plan market expansion and develop marketing strategies.
