Clinical Director Role
The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and operational acumen. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our team of Behavioral Health professionals in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week while fulfilling leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
