Job Summary
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs to design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA programs for clients.
- Provide supervision, training, and coaching to Behavior Technicians to ensure their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
- Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement ABA programs that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Staff Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to Behavior Technicians to ensure their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
- Client Progress Assessment: Regularly assess and document client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
