Job Description
- Average Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour
- Healthcare Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time employees
- Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions
- Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Previous childcare experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
