We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients with autism and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
* Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
* Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
* Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
* Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
Requirements:
* A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
* A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
* Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
* Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
