About the Job
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and a valid certification as a BCBA. You must also have interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities and demonstrated passion for the field.
