Role Details
As an ABA Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. This will involve working directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).
Duties
- Implement individualized therapy plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one support and interventions to clients in various settings.
- Collect and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
