Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Previous childcare experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
