Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Support quality assurance, training, and other critical functions
- Provide supervision and parent training across various environments, including center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth settings
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Interest and experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Able to access and navigate each department at our facilities
