Job Responsibilities:
The BCBA ensures the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload. Key responsibilities include:
Treatment Implementation and Support:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
Supervision and Training:
- Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
- Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications
Working Environment:
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
