The primary responsibility of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, representing the organization professionally in all situations.
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Provide supervision and parent training across various settings, including center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
