- Provide guidance and oversight to a team of Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and program supervisors (PSs) ">
- Maintain a billable target of 30 hours per week while fulfilling leadership responsibilities ">
Requirements:

- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field ">
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) ">
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities ">
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families ">
