Job Summary
The Speech Services Manager manages and coordinates SLP operations, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for helping others.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct Therapy
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide innovative therapy approaches to promote effective communication and language skills.
- Cultivate strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Engage families and educate them about speech and language disorders, treatment options, and progress.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and equipment to enhance diagnosis and treatment.
- Clinical Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes for SLP services.
