As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our center's operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional therapy services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outreach efforts with providers to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing strategies, including participation in community events and representing the center at networking opportunities.
- Manage client/staff schedules, including assigning sub-sessions, handling call-outs, and making necessary adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Evaluate and maintain the center's physical environment, ensuring it remains well-groomed and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data collection systems in line with regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare administration) is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an ABA therapy center or a similar healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
