Job Title: ABA Behavior Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Therapist to join our team at Accel Therapies. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).
- Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Attend ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
