Job Overview
The Speech Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of all Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and supporting the growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Practice Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the SLP team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Clinical Quality Assurance:
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor referrals for relevance and timeliness of service delivery.
- Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote effective services.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Strategic Growth:
- Partner with Accel leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a speech pathologist.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in speech-language pathology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
