Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Speech Pathology Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our SLP department, ensuring the highest level of quality care, and contributing to the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and at least three years of experience working in diverse clinical settings. You will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
