The Program Supervisor will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, provide supervision to Behavior Technicians, and foster a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff. Responsibilities include collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to design individualized ABA programs, monitoring client progress, and conducting functional behavior assessments.
Required Skills/Abilities
This role requires efficient use of Company technology, work in various environments, handling aggressive behaviors, and passing background checks. Experience in ABA therapy, staff supervision, and team leadership is preferred.
