The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and at least three years of experience working in diverse clinical settings.

- Program Development: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with the latest practices and techniques.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, design and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor progress towards goals and objectives.
