We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team at Accel Therapies. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, providing supervision to behavior technicians, and fostering a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy. They will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and interventions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with BCBAs to design and implement individualized ABA programs
* Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
* Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
* Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to behavior technicians
