Job Summary
We are seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to join our team at Accel Therapies. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions.
- Collect and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
