About the Role
This position involves working directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).
- Direct Client Support: Provide ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS
- Data Collection: Record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions
- Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring
