Your Role: Clinical Director (BCBA)
The Clinical Director will oversee client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and operational acumen. As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs, supervise, and train parents/caregivers
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Implement treatment plans and track data against goals
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum development
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Assess clients based on ABA principles
- Conduct QA activities to ensure interventions align with best practices
- Strategically plan caseload allocation
- Provide guidance and oversight to BCBAs and PSs
- Track and optimize pod leader utilization
- Support staff development through training and performance evaluations
- Lead interview process for prospective BCBAs and PMs
- Develop comprehensive training programs
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
Experience and Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in ABA or related field
- Valid BCBA certification required
- Interest in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for helping clients and families
