About the Position
You will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS), you will implement individualized ABA therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities
- Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
- Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
