What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy Services Coordinator position at Accel Therapies?
Accel Therapies is committed to providing best-in-class, evidence-based treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental needs. We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to oversee the implementation of ABA programs, provide supervision to Behavior Technicians, and foster a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients.
- Monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Supervise and coach a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies.
Essential Requirements:
- A completed Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field OR In process Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field and Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
