NOW HIRING: Wound Nurse LPN

Wound Nurse LPN responsibilities Include:

• Assess and manage residents' wounds, including documentation and care planning
• Collaborate with the nursing team and physicians to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education to residents and their families on wound care and prevention
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  
  
  

Wound Nurse LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Wound care certification (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Prior experience in wound care or nursing home settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
