Job Summary :
Accela Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across our New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR leadership within Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, with a strong focus on payroll management and HR compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, fostering employee relations, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee HR operations for multiple LTC and SNF facilities in NJ and PA.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll functions and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and staffing.
