NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist (RN)
ADON/Infection Preventionist Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the infection prevention program
- Helping the Director of Nursing manage the entire nursing team
- Training staff, conducting rounds, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Staying on top of all those regulations and making sure the facility is compliant
ADON/Infection Preventionist Qualifications:
- New Jersey RN license
- Experience of leading nurses in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- CIC certification
- Deep knowledge of infection control rules (think CDC guidelines)
- Understanding of all those regulations – you know, the ones that keep things legit
- Strong leadership skills – you gotta be able to mentor and guide the nursing team
- Tech-savvy, especially with EMR systems like Point Click Care
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
