Director of Rehabilitation responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
- Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage department budgets.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting, with leadership experience preferred.

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with appropriate credentials.
