Shifts:
- 7am-3pm
- 3pm-11pm
- 11pm-7am
Licensed Practical Nurses: responsibilities include:
- Provide top-notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health, document changes, and report to the RN or physician as needed.
- Offer emotional support and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Qualifications:
