Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a RN Supervisor, located in Philadelphia, PA. The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Key responsibilities include supervising daily nursing activities, coordinating patient care, providing critical care when necessary, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices are maintained. The RN Supervisor will also mentor and train nursing staff, contribute to the improvement of clinical practices, and work collaboratively with other medical professionals.
Qualifications
- Nursing Management and Supervisory Skills
- Proficiency in Nursing and Patient Care
- Knowledge and Experience in Critical Care Medicine and General Medicine
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Current RN License in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for those with supervisory experience
- BSN or higher in Nursing is preferred
