Accelecom is currently seeking a full-time Service Delivery Coordinator (Ethernet, Internet, Voice solutions and Managed Services) located in Atlanta, GA or Louisville, KY. Occasional travel maybe required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation / project management of Accelecom customer orders. Additionally, this individual will interface / communicate daily with customers, 3rd Parties and internal stakeholders responsible for sales, engineering, construction, turnup, testing & activating services on our customer’s behalf. This will be in a Fast-Paced, Growth Driven, Start-Up environment. Candidate will not only manage projects but will also assist with developing internal company policies and processes for how projects are handled in the future.
Own the customer experience…think and act in ways that put our services and customers first
Utilize Salesforce, Sitetracker and other tools for critical date management to ensure that committed installation dates are achieved
Develop, communicate & execute end-to-end project plans for customer installs providing an exceptional customer experience
Provide excellent communication to customers throughout the implementation journey properly setting expectations with them as projects progress
Collaborate with and drive internal stakeholders responsible for various tasks to ensure projects are properly forecasted and executed within expected timeline
Collaborate with and drive 3rd party vendors where service functions are outsourced to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5-10 years of related telecom experience
5-10 years of related project management experience
3-5 years of related voice solutions and Type II experience
1-3 years of Salesforce & Sitetracker experience
Self-driven & motivate
Passion for providing a superior Customer Experience (CX)
Strong collaboration and team-building skills
MS Office, Visio and related desktop tools
Excellent communication skills
