About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to wear multiple hats. As a Talent Headhunter, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, source top-tier candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to build a world-class team.
You’ll also have opportunities to contribute beyond recruitment, assisting with onboarding, operational tasks, and executive support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing : Identify and engage top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Coordination : Manage interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategy : Collaborate with hiring managers to craft and execute targeted recruitment plans.
- Onboarding : Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
- Experience : Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in startups or high-growth environments.
- Sourcing Skills : Expertise in leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Communication : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability : A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Mindset : High standards, first-principles thinking, and a knack for getting along with people.
- Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in industries like semiconductors, electronics, or AI.
