Ready to step up and help build something exciting in the tech space? We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to lead and grow a high-performing team focused on emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s already running a successful 360 desk—someone who knows how to bill, build strong client relationships, and mentor others, but is ready to take that next step into management with real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front: managing your own 360 desk while coaching and developing a growing team.
• Driving new business in the emerging tech space (AI, machine learning, etc.).
• Working closely with leadership on strategy, growth plans, and team development.
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture that attracts top talent.
• Helping scale our presence in Boston and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally in tech or a similar vertical.
• You’re a consistent biller with strong business development experience.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Motivated by growth, both personally and for the team around you.
• Based in the Boston area or open to relocating.
