This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s already running a successful 360 desk—someone who knows how to bill, build strong client relationships, and develops others, but is ready to take that next step into a bigger/growing management role with real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front: managing your own 360 desk while coaching and developing a growing team.
- Driving new business in the emerging tech space (AI, machine learning, etc.).
- Working closely with leadership on strategy, growth plans, and team development.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture that attracts top talent.
- Helping scale our presence in Boston and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally in tech or a similar vertical.
- You’re a consistent biller with strong business development experience.
- Direct Management experience (ideally a team of 2 or more).
- Motivated by growth, both personally and for the team around you.
- Based in the Boston area or open to relocating.
