Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement department-wide strategies to enhance hygiene performance, revenue, and patient satisfaction. Optimize incentive structures and career paths to boost team retention and profitability. Design and execute comprehensive training programs to drive clinical excellence and professional development. Lead cutting-edge initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations for dental hygiene operations. Who We’re Looking For : Experienced in managing multi-location hygiene teams and optimizing business performance. Strong background in KPI management. Passion for enhancing clinical quality, patient retention, and service excellence. Experience implementing AI-driven solutions to improve hygiene workflows. Strong business acumen with the ability to review, analyze, and create clinical and performance metrics to construct coaching and performance coaching plans for individuals as well as offices in entirety. Relationship building, must be an effective communicator and have superior listening skills. Skilled in mentoring, leadership development, and team training initiatives. Qualifications : Licensed Dental Hygienist with over 5 years of practice experience. Proven experience in clinical care, operations, and program leadership.
