This role also requires being bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, you will administer company benefit plans and programs, coordinate benefit processing and reporting, serve as the primary contact for plan vendors, and facilitate open enrollment. This position will also lead wellness initiatives, be a resource to employees for benefits related questions, and support other human resources areas as needed. This is a fully onsite role with very limited travel to the out of state locations as needed.
