We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS / Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team and own key processes within their Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
- Attendance Management : Streamline attendance tracking by leveraging tools and technology, reducing reliance on manual processes, and utilizing attendance data to inform decisions.
- Benefits Administration : Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer benefits-related inquiries.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Onboarding and Offboarding : Support processes for new hires and exiting employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Data Utilization : Use UKG Pro, Kronos, and other HR systems to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.
- General HR Support : Provide support in employee relations, recruiting, and other HR duties as needed.
