Pre-Sales Engineer
We are seeking a skilled engineer with a passion for problem-solving and customer collaboration to play a critical role in helping customers select, customize, and implement cutting-edge power transmission solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Go-To Expert - Work closely with sales teams and customers to provide technical guidance, ensuring they select the right products for their unique applications and customizing work and sales recommendations to clients related to conveyors, packaging equipment, electrical and IGU.
- Drive Custom Solutions - Modify and tailor products to meet specific client needs while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Enhance Product Knowledge - Develop technical documentation and training materials to support both internal teams and customers.
- Lead Training & Support - Conduct engaging training sessions on our products and industry best practices, empowering customers and team members.
- Solve Complex Challenges - Review, design, and calculate solutions for sophisticated applications and product modifications.
- Be in the Field - Travel with sales teams to provide technical presentations, on-site assistance, and real-world problem-solving.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance - Implement control documentation and procedures to maintain the highest standards in product design and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
- Experience: 5-10 years in electromechanical power transmission, with a strong grasp of gearbox design and industrial applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of gear reducers, motors, and industrial processes.
- Strong understanding of torque power radial loads.
- 2D CAD experience.
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF INVERTER PROGRAMMING AND INDUSTRIAL WIRING.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and friendly manner.
- Passion for helping customers and solving technical challenges.
