Key Responsibilities :

Manage product documentation, CAD drawings, and engineering guidelines while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and suppliers, to optimize product quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Lead capital projects and provide regular updates to executive management using project management tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization tools to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 7-10 years of relevant experience in product design and manufacturing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA), GD&T, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Hands-on problem-solving abilities in manufacturing environments, with a solid understanding of Lean principles and quality management systems.
Ability to travel up to 50%, interact with customers and suppliers, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
