Key Responsibilities:

• Address and streamline key operational inefficiencies such as product changeovers, maintenance programs, SOPs, and scheduling.
• Work closely with corporate leadership and cross-functional teams to drive plant-wide improvements.
• Travel to other facilities for training and process alignment.
• Maximize current output before proposing new equipment investments.
• Promote a strong leadership culture that balances technical expertise with effective team management.
